The Local Scene was founded by 7 friends, all of whom are currently majoring in mass communication at KDU University College. The team behind this blog is admittedly a rather eccentric one, but rest assured, this talkative bunch are really just outgoing people who love a little bit of everything, and we look forward to sharing our world with you.
